Each time you submit, or request for Tiger Scholar Commons to submit on your behalf, you must agree to the License Agreement.

• Review your Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)
• Negotiate with publisher
• Attach an addendum to the Publisher's Agreement. There are two widely used throughout the open access community, SPARC and Science Commons. They are simple forms designed to let authors select which rights to keep.
• Tip: Make sure you are able to "use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works."
• Sign the agreement and retain a copy for personal records
